This is the buyers opportunity to go through the home with the finishing superintendent, and familiarize themselves with all aspects of the construction and operation of their new home.
Keelty Service Department
New homeowners have the opportunity to submit repair lists to our service department at both 60 days and one year after settlement. At those times our professional and courteous service department will make normal maintenance and warranty repairs to your new home. These lists can be submitted in writing to our Service Dept. Box 280, Stevenson, MD 21153, or submitted via the link below.
It is possible that your new home will expand and contract as part of the new home settlement and drying process. During this time some drywall cracks and nail pops may appear which is typical in new residential construction. The Keelty Service Department will come back to repair and spackle the affected areas.
